Anticaia Salice Salentino Riserva San Donaci

Antica Salice Salentino is obtained from the careful selection of Negroamaro and Black Malvasia grapes coming exclusively from Apulian sapling breeding. This red is produced through a temperature-controlled fermentation followed by a long period of refinement. After at least two years of aging, the aging in barriques continues.

Its color is an intense and warm red, with a scent from which hints of ripe red fruits emerge also in the form of jams and in alcohol, spiced like black pepper, leather, toasted and ethereal.

Thanks to the non-invasive tannins it goes well with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Stravecchio, Bitto, Piacentino di Enna and Pecorino, cured meats and game. Perfect with venison and porcini mushrooms.
