The link between the territory and Zenato translates into this unique Amarone della Valpolicella, produced with Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Oseleta and Croatina grapes. Grown in the classic area of Valpolicella, in the municipality of Sant’Ambrogio, a land full of meanings, traditions and food and wine culture. An Amarone that, despite its character, amazes for its extreme drinkability and great balance.
It dresses the glass with an intense ruby color, opens to sensations of cherry, plum and black pepper, undergrowth vegetable, chocolate, tobacco and rhubarb. Powerful on the palate, warm and very soft, with vigorous but well balanced tannins and a long balsamic finish.
An ideal red with roasts, game with feathers and jugged hair, with braised beef and with great aged cheeses. A wine to be tasted even on its own.
