Elè by Tenute Chiaromonte is a beautiful example of a wine with an excellent personality from Puglia. This red wine comes from Primitivo vines to which a pinch of Aglianico is added, which, in addition to making the structure more consistent, also helps to darken the color in the glass, which is really thick. The grapes, carefully selected to guarantee only the highest quality, vinify and refine in steel before being bottled.

Primitivo Elè is a bright ruby ​​red wine. On the nose there are red fruits of the undergrowth, fennel seeds, black pepper, wild herbs and mint. On the palate it is elegant, round, warm, fresh, with tannin in tension and a bitter balsamic scent on the finish.
