During cooking, the pieces of dried truffle regain all the aroma and scent of the freshly picked truffle.

PREPARATION
Pour 700 ml of water into a saucepan and put on the stove. When the water boils, add the contents of the bag and a cube of broth (or add salt); stir from time to time. when cooked, stir in a knob of butter and a tablespoon of Parmesan.
Cooking time: 16 minutes.
