Villanova di Farra is a village located in the heart of the Isonzo; a gentle hill with vines that seems to almost come out of a postcard. Perfect exposure, exceptional microclimate, traditional vines, with these ingredients, unique and incomparable, Silvio Jermann, undisputed patron of Friulian enology, produces his wines.
Pinot Grigio is a grape variety that, thanks to the characteristics of the soil and the particular climatic conditions, has made Friuli its preferred land. This wine was entrusted, in the 80s, with the arduous task of restoring the right value to Italian white wines and, to this day, it stands among the most appreciated products, a wine that tells the story of the land of Friuli with every sip.
Straw-yellow color with delicate copper reflections, it has a typical and refined aroma of pescanoce, pear, pineapple and lime honey. Balanced, it conquers the palate with an extremely pleasant drink and a fragrant acidity.
As an aperitif served cold but perfectly accompanies dishes of fish and seafood, vegetable flan and roast white meat.
