Straw-yellow with greenish reflections, it immediately reveals its mineral character with strong notes of hydrocarbon followed by anise, pear, grapefruit and aromatic herbs. Of great impact to the taste, supported by fragrant acid-sapid spine, it closes with citrine memories.

Try it with dill salmon, shrimp and asparagus noodles and soft cheese.
