Product Details

From the winery of Villa Raiano, to get to the fiano vineyard located in the municipality of Lapio, you need to travel twenty-two kilometers. This distance symbolically gives the name to Fiano di Avellino DOCG 22 Ventidue, produced by Villa Raiano. Among the rows is made a meticulous selection in order to choose the best bunches, which are left to ferment with a particular maceration on the skins. Then, the wine rests ten months on the fine lees and is completed with 14 months of aging in glass. It contains the truest essence of a land that, enologically speaking, certainly has nothing to envy to other territories. It’s a favorite now.
Light straw yellow eye. The nose perceives notes of white fruits, such as Williams pear and golden apple, followed by nuances of aromatic herbs such as sage and rosemary. The mouthfeel is structured, fresh but balanced, decidedly savory and mineral. The persistence is long and the finish is excellent.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fried food, first courses and fish recipes. Excellent with arancine with ham.
