The Rosato Aka by Produttori di Manduria is a rosé wine made from Apulian Primitivo grapes, a rosé with a good structure and aromatic intensity, which goes well with many dishes of the local cuisine.

The Rosato Aka of Produttori di Manduria is produced with 100% Primitivo vinified in rosé. The rosé grapes come from the Manduria area. The harvest takes place towards the end of August and the fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature with contact with the skins for 12 hours. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for about three months before proceeding with bottling.
In the intense, brilliant and luminous coral pink glass, it anticipates the good structure of the wine. The nose is captivating, with intense notes of fresh cherries, pomegranate, pink apple, wild strawberries and raspberry, enriched with pleasant mineral puffs.
Its flavor is juicy and fresh on the palate, well structured, crunchy, savory, after all a lot of juicy acidity, long finish
Ideal to accompany with seafood risotto, leek and shrimp gnocchi, grilled salmon with parsley sauce.
