DESCRIPTION

Violet Brindisino is a very special variety of artichoke very special.

The name derives from the particular purple color that takes the artichoke towards maturation. We cultivate it starting from the month of October, the harvest begins in the month of March and ends at the beginning of June. The artichoke is picked and processed manually and gently, within 24 hours. This variety of artichoke is characterized by the high presence of inulin, the reduced presence of insoluble fiber and the high content of potassium, these characteristics make it tender and particularly savory, not only, make it a real panacea: stimulates bile secretion, lowers cholesterol levels, regulates intestinal functions and stimulates diuresis. The pate is produced simply using artichokes and extra virgin olive oil, you do not need anything else.
