Fiano di Avellino is one of those grapes that tells, frankly, the typicality of the land of Irpinia and its wine, if left to evolve, interprets it with fidelity and pleasantness, exalting it. Without a doubt, we can say that Fiano is one of the most intense and energetic native vines in the whole national wine world.

Straw yellow, it reveals a wide olfactory spectrum made of Golden apple, orange blossom, fresh hazelnut and millefiori honey. Tasty and savory, it has good body, nice acidity and interesting fruity finish.

Versatile, it goes well with elaborate fish dishes, such as pasta alla Norma or cod with olives and capers.
