he Primitivo Rosato di Attanasio is a wine that perfectly expresses the great Apulian tradition in the production of this interesting type of wine and the sunny and Mediterranean character of the land of Manduria. It is an intense rosé, with an enveloping, rich and fruity sip.

Denomination: IGT.
Grapes: Primitivo 100%.
Vineyards: 40-year-old vines rooted in the red lands of Salento with the classic sapling training system.
Vinification: cold pre-fermentation maceration for 20 days and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks.
Aging: 7 months in steel tanks.
Color: intense cherry pink.
Bouquet: rich notes of blackberries, citrus fruits, small red fruits, aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: fresh, savory, Mediterranean, fragrant and very delicate.
