The Salice Salentino DOC Passamante Masseria Li Veli owes its name to the wood that runs along the vineyards of Negroamaro a alberello (the name Passamante has Latin origins and recalls that in ancient times lovers found refuge from prying eyes).
The Mediterranean vegetation that makes it up, consisting of pines, brooms, holm oaks, carob, myrtle and juniper that surrounds the vineyards influences the aromas of the grapes cultivated with saplings, and the aging for 6 months in barrique further harmonizes the taste.
A red with a lively ruby color, with a fruity scent with sweet fruity notes and a taste in perfect balance between softness and freshness, vigor and taste-olfactory persistence.
Its softness and complexity make it perfect for those who love full-bodied and complex reds.
