Hebo Petra Toscana

The Petra winery with its Hebo wine refers to the historical roots of Suvereto, the name of an Etruscan settlement of very ancient origin. It is produced with a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. After harvesting by hand, the grapes immediately reach the cellar. Here they are carefully sorted and ground. Fermentation is then carried out at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation.

In the glass it exalts a bright ruby ​​red, the nose reveals fresh hints of black cherries, violets, blueberries, peonies, mineral hints and nuances of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate the wine is fresh, savory, with a slender body, pleasantly fruity, subtle in its savory form and balanced and gentle tannins.

Excellent wine for the whole meal, it goes perfectly with first and second courses of the earth, in particular with roasted or stuffed noble poultry, medium-aged cheeses.
