Imprint of the A Mano winery comes from the combination of a passionate winemaker and a stubborn grape. The grape from which this red derives is the old Susumaniello vine, which gives a sip of great body.

A Mano Imprint comes from the Susumaniello vineyard, native to Salento. The ripe grapes are vinified by taking them to the cellar, where they are pressed and cooled. The fermentation proceeds for several weeks. To make it mature, the wine rests in concrete tanks for 6 months and aged in the bottle for another 6 months.
A red wine with an intense ink color with purple reflections. Scent of blackberry and dark chocolate, then blueberries, violets, the Mediterranean scrub. Flavor of a full-bodied wine, with elegant tannins and a long clean finish that invites another sip.
Ideal to accompany red meats such as beef and pork; legume soups and roasted octopus.
