The Paolo Leo winery gives origins to Negroamaro Orfeo wine. This wine reveals itself with an elegant and fine body, where it is the fruit that is exalted both in the nose and in the mouth, recounting the salient features of its identity.
Manual harvesting is done early in the morning. The bunches are placed with love in small boxes. Delivery to the cellar is very careful and is carried out particularly quickly so that the grapes can express their maximum potential.
L'Orfeo manifests itself to the eye with a bright and luminous ruby red color, slightly tending to garnet in the nail. The bouquet of aromas that develops on the nose is rich and varied, with notes that start from the fruity to turn towards spicy and balsamic nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft, round, with a balanced sip characterized by a long finish.
Recommended in combination with first courses and red meats, it is perfect in the company of cold cuts and game dishes.
