The red Sol di Albea is obtained from 100% Primitivo grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. The fermentation takes place, with maceration of 16 days, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Puglia Primitivo Sol di Albea is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Goia del Colle, in Puglia.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of ripe red fruit, enriched with notes of chocolate, aromatic herbs and toasted. In the mouth it is full and complex, with pleasant notes of dried figs and vanilla, closing with a soft and velvety finish.
This red wine is perfect to accompany red meats, game and aged cheeses.
