DESCRIPTION

NE (Negroamaro) PRI (Primitivo) CA (Cabernet) are the three varieties that as usual Tomaresca have frets selected and come from the estates Maìme in San Pietro Vernotico in the province of Brindisi and the estates of Bocca di Lupo in Minervino Murge in the province of Bitonto . A wine that enhances the aromas of plum and cherry especially complementing with subtle notes of spices such as pepper and cocoa . On the palate it tastes rather mineral soft and elegant.

WINE

The grapes were harvested at the right degree of ripeness and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. The maceration, conducted at temperatures not exceeding 26 ° C was continued for 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation was completed by the beginning of winter. It then followed a period of aging in steel (about 8 months) and bottled (4 months).
