Attanasio chooses for this wine, one of the most renowned vineyards of Puglia: the Primitivo di Manduria which includes several municipalities in the provinces of Brindisi and Taranto. Giving rise to a powerful, warm, complex and enveloping red.

After fermentation in steel, with a long fermentation on the skins, the wine is aged in barrique for about 15 months.

In the glass it has an intense ruby ​​red color. Perfume dominated by the stamp of small red berry fruit: from blueberry, to wild strawberry, to blackberry. In the mouth it is warm and envelops the whole palate with its soft fruity waves, with savory flashes that enhance the tannic texture.

Delicious pairing with juniper beef stew, first courses with intense flavors and aged cheeses.
