When the grapes, coming from as many as 19 vineyards, are harvested exclusively by hand and carefully selected; when every single bunch is then subjected to washing and drying treatments so delicate as not to compromise its integrity; when the must is put to ferment in small oak barrels, so that it can best express all its organoleptic peculiarities, enhancing its aromatic character and structure. The Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro di Ca' del Bosco is a classic method sparkling wine that embodies all the vital expression of the Franciacorta terroir, thanks to the perfect fusion of as many as 25 Chardonnay base wines, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc that give it finesse and character.

Bright straw color, opens to the nose with delicate floral and fruity notes of verbena and citrus, then bread crust, vanilla and powdered sugar, chalk and almond. Taste marked by a rigorous acidity reminiscent of citrines and minerals.

It can lead a whole meal based on crustaceans, raw and steamed, but it also pairs perfectly with vegetable flan, soft cheese and flower crust and delicate vegetable frying.
