Pas Operé Extra Brut DOCG Bellavista 75cl

The Spumante Franciacorta Extra Brut Pas Operé di Bellavista is produced in vineyards located in the heart of the DOCG Franciacorta.

It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected by hand. The processing is inspired by the oldest tradition, with a fermentation of the must in oak barrels. Then the wine ages for 6 years, thus developing its perfect harmony.

It is characterized by a bright straw-yellow color, with golden reflections. The nose opens with an enveloping elegance, with hints of honey, millefiori and apple, enriched with pleasing notes of chamomile and vanilla. The palate is full and dry, with a long finish and a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif.
