Pezzalaruca Rosso Castel del Monte D.O.C. 75 cl Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli

The type of grape "Uva di Troia" originating from the ancient Greek city Troia from which it takes its name, was introduced in Italy by the Greeks and in Puglia found its ideal habitat. In the area of ​​the mountain castel it has found a favorable and unique micro climate which makes the Castel del Monte DOC Red strong and full bodied with a nice fruity taste and a ruby ​​red color also thanks to the presence of the Montepulciano type of wine. Combined with the traditional Pugliese pasta dish, the Orecchiette with tomato sauce is best.
