Producing a vintage is no small feat: the vintage must simply be perfect, the ripening of the grapes has come to a point and the cohesion between the vineyard and the winery becomes a crucial step, in short, it is a great responsibility. But when all conditions are favorable, there is nothing that does not hold! This is the case of this Grand Vintage Rosé by Moët & Chandon, a Champagne that perfectly embodies the spirit of the Moët family, its long tradition and the great vineyards it owns. A blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 22% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée stands out for its maturity and complexity, gaining the support of some of the most important titles in the world of criticism.

Intense and brilliant pink color, it has very fine bubbles that accompany the curious almost bluish reflections. The nose offers delicate notes of rose petals and hawthorn, followed by vegetal hints, then veering towards lime peel and blood orange. In the background, pepper and iodine and remark complexity and potency. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, greedy and powerful, with a great maturity expressed through black currant and strawberry, and then a very taut finish reminiscent of grapefruit.

Perfect for aperitifs made with fish, it is also worth trying with a soup.
