Making a Champagne Rosé is never a small thing: to give it that wonderful color you have to keep the must in contact with the lees of Pinot Noir neither too long nor too little and the production is unfortunately limited only to the best vintages. If the format, moreover, is Magnum and if you talk about a maison like Louis Roederer the combination is perfect and inimitable! Produced in very limited quantities, this Champagne is an example of rare beauty, precision and confidentiality, a treasure chest that will open only to a privileged few.

Beautiful pink gold mantle with copper reflections, opens to the nose with initial and intriguing hints of red fruits and great chalky minerality, then aromatic herbs, bread crust, honey, ginger and toasted almond. The palate is perfectly responsive, elegant and supported by a beautiful sour verve. Very long finish with notes of bitter orange.

Wonderful companion for an aperitif or a full meal of shellfish and seafood.
