Primerose produced from Negroamaro grapes belongs to the category of so-called “one night wines”, as the maceration time of the skins in the must is very short. This allows for such an intense pink color. Pleasant, fresh and fragrant, it offers a wide range of combinations.

Primerose by Masseria Li Veli is produced in Cellino San Marco with Negroamaro grapes vinified in steel with a short maceration on the skins for 7-9 hours which gives it a brilliant salmon color.
Intriguing hints of red, violet and pink fruit reach the nose. When tasted, it has a lively and fresh acidity with a slightly savory return and an extremely pleasant drink. At the table it is extremely flexible in combinations.
Pairings: appetizers, salads, fish-based dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses.
