Cantina Teanum proposes a wise composition from a careful selection of the best grapes of Aglianico, Montepulciano and Syrah. Giving rise to a fragrant and full-bodied red.
The grapes are harvested manually and sent to an accurate vinification with 25 days of prolonged maceration in steel tanks. Aging takes place in American and French oak barrels for at least 12 months, and then rests for another 6 months in the bottle.
With a purple red color and a bouquet of red fruit, black cherry, blueberry, cherry, an aftertaste of vanilla and coffee accompanied by smoky notes, on the warm and enveloping palate.
To be tasted with dishes with strong flavors, such as grilled red meats and tasty roasts.
