The Chakra Verde comes from the vineyards located in the magnificent area known as "Pirro Canal", at the foot of the Itria Valley, a large karst depression in the heart of the Murgia dei Trulli and a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea.
The soil at the base of the canal is red, clayey-calcareous, rich in skeleton and, a short distance from the vineyards, the limestone rock surfaces; while the roots of the plants creep into the karst fissures.
Greenish yellow color. Fruity notes of apple and pear notes of white flowers in a field of flowers and a certain minerality. Tasty, very fresh and delicious. Its flavors unfold from predominantly fruit melon and tropical mango and passion fruit notes such as, herbaceous notes to give a sense of freshness. very nice and refined finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, the Chakra verde is an ideal white wine to accompany tasty fish dishes, but also fresh cheeses.
