All Chablis originate from a single vine: Chardonnay, a noble vine that in this area fully develops its great potential. Its great balance makes it a wine particularly suitable to be stored for long years. It has a pale yellow color with bright and brilliant scents of honey, dried fruit and ripe yellow fruits. The palate is warm and powerful, develops aromas of jam, honey and hazelnut.

Excellent to accompany a fish meal, to try with a bruschettona with salted butter and anchovies.
