We are in the presence of a bubble classic method designed to close a nice lunch or dinner. Not a full-meal sparkling wine, therefore, but a pleasantly soft and effervescent wine with which to accompany a closing of a meal, sweet but not too much. Round and creamy, Maximum Demi-Sec comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes. A careful selection, harvested by hand in the first half of September, in vineyards located at the foot of the mountains surrounding the city of Trento. We are between 300 and 600 meters high, with good exposure to the south-east and south-west. In the cellar, then, the processing is super accurate and culminates with a maturation in the bottle of over 30 months on the lees. Sparkling straw yellow and persistent perlage, this Maximum Demi-Sec is particularly rich from the aromatic point of view, offering sensations of exotic fruit, custard and almond biscuit. In the mouth, instead, we discover a round and creamy wine, with a pleasantly sweet finish reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit paste and vanilla. All well balanced by a pleasant freshness.
