The Spumante "180 Lune" by Nicola Gatta is a Riserva with an evolved, elegant and deep profile, aged for 180 months (moons) on the lees. Wide and rich, refined and subtle, fine and creamy, it gives a complex bouquet of white pulp fruit, dried fruit, pastry ideas, spices and honey.
Alcoholic content: 12.5% vol.
The Nature Riserva "Arcano 180 Lune" is a Classic Method obtained from an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
It is presented in the glass with a golden robe and a fine and persistent bubble. The nose ranges from the scent of citrus custard, from zabaglione to dried fruit and much more. The sip is wide, smooth and creamy, endowed with persuasive maturity but at the same time with backbone and saline extension.
Excellent as a combination with raw seafood appetizers, stewed white meat, smoked fish, seafood main courses.
