Product Details

The Chita distillery is located in the port of Nagoya and is by far the largest in Japan; owned by Suntory, it is dedicated to the production of very high quality wheat whisky for home blended. This is the first single grain bottle, and it has already been a global success. Mixed with three different types of cereal whiskey and distilled through stills to two, three and four columns, it is subsequently aged in a mix of Spanish oak barrels ex-sherry and American white ex-bourbon. The result can only be that of a whiskey with a very delicate, balanced and elegant taste, for a high quality distillate capable of leaving every connoisseur in awe.

Wonderful debut to the eye with a golden, brilliant color. The nose is full of Catalan cream, banana, cardamom, acacia honey and flowering rose. The taste is extremely enjoyable, fascinating on the palate and in line with the smell. Long epilogue that highlights the fruit and a slight salinity.
