Rosè Vintage Brut was born following a style dedicated to obtaining richness in every aspect, starting with the utmost respect for the biodynamic precepts with which the vineyards are cultivated. It is produced from grapes coming exclusively from Coteaux de Cumières, whose soils are known for their clayey calcareous nature, and, precisely, 62% from Pinot Noir and 38% from Chardonnay. 21% of the juices are vinified in wood, while the rest in steel. The fermentation takes place according to the classic method and, the rest on the lees, 48 months long, gives Champagne concentration and complexity out of the ordinary. A label that contains the unique competence of Louis Roederer, certainly to be reserved in the most important occasions.

It shines in the glass with a noble pink color, tending to coppery, pervaded by a perlage of extreme finesse and persistence. The aromatic expression of the bouquet highlights notes that evoke Sichuan pepper interwoven with beautiful floral sensations. Citrus fruits, custard cream, rose hips are not slow to emerge, leaving a sip of equally charm and finesse. Expectations are not met. The mouthfeel is a triumph of elegance, in which softness, creaminess, freshness and sapidity are perfectly blended together, leading us to a lingering finish and expressive minerality.
