Legend has it that the Dandelion, or Dandelion, was born from the dust raised by the chariot of the Sun God and that Theseus fed on it for a whole month before the victorious fight against the Minotaur. All lovers rely on its flower to know their destiny and herbalists of all time have always praised it making it the protagonist of many preparations. The Valdôtaine, a small distillery in Saint Marcel, Aosta Valley, combines it with other herbs to create a mountain Amaro, creating an elixir that will enchant like a magical infusion!

Bright amber yellow color, the nose smells of aromatic herbs, wild flowers and blackberry fruits, variegated fresh balsamic nuances and hints almost honeyed but a dark and wild honey. The taste is warm, bitter as only mountain bitters can be, deep in vegetal and spicy dark memories and has a long bitter persistence that follows the cinchona and licorice.
