It is not easy to tell 200 years of history in a glass, yet, every time, the Ramazzotti brothers succeed in this almost impossible task, which has brought their bitterness to be one of the greatest end of the Italian tradition. This year the company celebrates 2 precise centuries of activity, because the first bitter recipe dates back to 1815 and, incredible but true, it is still unchanged from that moment. A wise mix of 33 herbs and as many spices, whose identity is not known, are the secret ingredients of this mysterious recipe, along with water, alcohol and orange peel. A product that has made and continues to make the history of the great Italian digestive.

Intense caramel color, with bronze reflections of great brightness. The nose shows vivid aromas of herbs and orange peel, melted with sweet spices of cinnamon and cloves, together with a slight undercurrent of cocoa and eucalyptus. The mentholated and balsamic sensations continue to the tasting, in a perfect amalgam of herbaceous and alcohol scents, towards a long persistence rich in bitter returns of gentian and rhubarb.
