From a tradition of over 200 years, Agrinatura by Giancarlo Ceci guarantees the quality of this fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil, oil obtained from olives grown using the Organic farming method. In addition the oil is also classified Demeter, to obtain this classification Agrinatura follows a strict specification that also implement methods derived from organic agriculture.
The techniques of cultivation and extraction adopted, ensure the maintenance of all the precious and beneficial organoleptic characteristics that from the olive pass to the oil, giving this product an unmistakable intense and natural taste.
WHAT DOES DEMETER MEAN?
Demeter is a brand that guarantees marked food products or their ingredients come from biodynamic cultivations or farms.
The brand is present on all continents: it controls and certifies the entire range of biodynamic products from all over the world.
BIODYNAMIC CULTIVATION
This is a method that some believe is even more in tune with the nature of the biological one, even if it still marries some principles, such as the ban on the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides even if differentiated by the use of particular preparations based on herbs and minerals, sprayed on the plants, and because it follows the lunar cycles for both sowing and field work.
Biodynamic Agriculture is, of course, also part of Organic Agriculture, since all products of biodynamic agriculture must also be certified according to the guidelines of Organic Agriculture, as well as having ad hoc certification, according to the Standard Demeter.
Felice Ceci by Giancarlo Ceci is obtained from 100% Nero di Troia grapes. It presents itself as an important organic red wine with a great structure and personality. It expresses its best by giving a scent of small red fruits and spices typical of the area.
