Rum Don Papa is a rum produced from the molasses of the best sugar cane from the Filipino island of Negros, which remains to age for more than 7 years in American oak barrels. This rum takes its name from Papa Islo, a great revolutionary hero in the war of liberation of the Philippines from Spanish domination.
Slightly amber in color, Rum Don Papa opens on the nose with delicate fruit aromas, which are accompanied by elegant notes of vanilla, honey and candied fruit.
Ideal to be served neat or with ice, this rum is perfect as an ingredient in refined cocktails and long drinks.
