Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo, obtained from the "white" vinification of Montepulciano provides a rosé wine with an enveloping fruitiness, but also a different interpretation of this important grape variety. It presents itself as an extremely interesting and particular wine due to its strong personality.

Wine with an intense rosé color and scent of wild strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, excellent acidity and aromatic persistence. Produced by the agricultural company Tenuta Ulisse.
- Denomination: DOP.
- Grape variety: Montepulciano.
- Vinification: vinification with the cold technology to facilitate the extraction of aromatic compounds. Destemming and cold maceration for 12 hours, slow fermentation in steel tanks.
- Aging: in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle.
- Serving temperature: 10-12
- Excellent to combine with: fish soups, grilled fish, roasted white meats, pizza and semi-aged cheeses.
