Synonymous with Sambuca, in Italy and not only, Molinari is more than a liquor but the real story of a family and the head, Angelo Molinari, expert liquorist who in 1945, in Civitavecchia, he founded the company with the aim of creating a high quality product that could become a symbol of Made in Italy. With an unmistakable taste, Sambuca Molinari soon spread to the best bars in Via Veneto, served strictly with the coffee bean, or "fly", strictly odd for scaramanzia, becoming in a short time the favorite liqueur of many stars, from Mastroianni to Anita Ekberg. Now in its third generation, Molinari shows no signs of stopping, thanks to its timeless character and the unique taste that has always characterized it.

Transparent and crystalline, the nose has the unmistakable aromatic baggage of anise and vanilla, along with slight hints of elder, which has always characterized it. The taste is sweet, enveloping and decided, well structured in the body but never heavy, thanks to the incredible drink, which makes it tasty and satisfying, inviting you to other sips.

Excellent with some coffee beans, with ice or in coffee to help digestion, but can give great satisfaction even in a rich fruit salad, on ice cream or as an aid for numerous desserts.
