Storia del Campari was founded in 1860 in a small bar in Novara, the Caffè dell'amicizia, bought by Gaspare Campari himself, who invented and perfected the recipe of the most famous alcoholic bitter in the world, a recipe that has remained unchanged since then. The group’s flagship drink, this liqueur, aperitif, bitter, bitter, is obtained by the infusion of the best bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit, in a skilfully measured blend of pure water and alcohol, with an intense aroma and a brilliant ruby red color. Among the most famous brands in the world and distributed in over 190 countries, Campari proves to be excellent alone, in the version with the addition of soda and as a complement to many cocktails, giving rise to endless combinations of pleasure.

Very intense and luminous ruby red color. The nose reveals fruity aromas of strawberry and currant under spirits, together with sensations of pink pepper, cinnamon and cloves, all held together by a long herbaceous embrace. The taste is dry and decidedly bitter, yet soft, rich in sweet spicy nuances and vegetal notes that complete the mouth and accompany us towards a clean finish, in a long bitter citrus persistence.
