A soft filling made with almonds of Toritto and "PGI Piedmont hazelnuts" chopped, bound by fragrant bitter cocoa and candied fruits in pieces inside a shell of fine white or dark chocolate.

HISTORY

In 1894 Nicola Mucci had the first factory in the historic center of Andria, where the "Giovanni Mucci" Confetto Museum is present. He begins to produce chocolate, sweets and confetti using the famous Andria almonds for confetti.

In 1920 I created the "Imperia Almond" a new type of confetto and from their evolution the famous secret Tenerelli of the Mucci family would be created.

Even today the confetti and tenerelli mucci are produced according to the secret recipe handed down from father to son, in addition to the classic Tenerelli, Giovanni Mucci also produces confetti and dragèes filled with liqueur, coffee, marzipan and gluten-free.
