“Reserve Imperiale” is a true symbol of the Champagne market. This reserve is obtained from a higher percentage of Pinot Noir grapes that bring energy, structure and vigor. The classic refermentation in the bottle with rest on the lees for at least 36 months allows it to develop an intense aromatic outfit and a more creamy and soft body.

In the glass it has an intense and golden color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet includes both varietal notes, fresh and fruity, in which ripe yellow fruit dominates, and broader and rounder aromas of toasted peanuts, sweet spices and candied citrus fruits. Peaches, apricots, dates and dried fruit delicately complete the olfactory picture. The entrance on the palate is soft, warm and enveloping, supported by vinous nuances and a good freshness. The persistence is long and harmonious, pleasant and delicious.

Excellent aperitif, it goes well with sushi and sashimi, scallops, oysters, seafood in general.
