Product Details

The Perrier-Jouet champagne, the Grand Brut, to achieve perfection, the cuvée is mostly composed of wines fermented in steel produced from the current vintage and with just over 10% from reserve wines from previous vintages. The second fermentation in the bottle with the Champenoise method is followed by a long period of aging: 3 years in the historic cellars.

Golden yellow in color with fine perlage. The surprising freshness and vivacity of the floral and fruity fragrances are followed by subtle notes of vanilla and butter, which give a consistent aromatic character. The initial citrus scents give way to lemon blossoms and vanilla sugar. In the mouth, amplitude and vivacity find the right balance, sublimating themselves in a flavor of round and vinous elegance.

Perfect to be tasted with fish carpaccio, white meats, crunchy vegetables, tofu.
