Product Details

Perrier Jouët’s Champagne Blanc de Blancs is made from grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the famous Champagne region.

It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully harvested by hand, and with a part of reserve wines. After the classic processes of white vinification, the fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging of 30 months on its lees.

Perrier Jouët’s Champagne Blanc de Blancs is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with floral notes of lime, elderberry and jasmine, enriched with pleasing citrus hints of lime and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and vigorous, with an intensely mineral finish..

Excellent aperitif, this Champagne is ideal in combination with all fish dishes, with oysters and fresh cheeses.
