The Diomede Winery with the Long Blade wanted to pay homage to two typical grape varieties of Puglia, the Trebbiano and the Malvasia.

For years Trebbiano has represented the wine used as a wine produced in quantity and with industrial methods. On the other hand, the Trebbiano wine is different in its purity, which expresses a great freshness with an added fruity aftertaste.

Malvasia Bianca, a very widespread vine all over Italy, famous for its particular spicy taste of musk, apricot is the high residual sugar (the amount of sugar and the intensity of the flavor change according to the area of ​​cultivation).

From the combination of these two vines, the Diomede Winery gives rise to the Lama Lunga wine, produced through the soft pressing of the grapes, the wine with a straw yellow color. The Long Blade on the palate is noted for its pleasant and slightly acidic taste, wine with a pleasant scent is accompanied by all kinds of occasions.
