Product Details

Ferrari is fresh and unmistakable, a precise standard-bearer of the Trento DOC appellation.

Lively straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals a fresh and intense bouquet, with a broad fruity note of ripe golden apple, white flowers and a delicate fragrance of yeast, given by the more than two years of aging in the bottle. The mouth is marked by excellent sapidity which is followed by a citrusy freshness which however leaves a feeling of softness and roundness of taste, towards a finish that tastes of the sea.

A sparkling wine for the whole meal, it is ideal to accompany the aperitif. Pairing par excellence with San Daniele ham and mozzarella.
