El Dorado 12 Anni Rum 70cl (Astucciato)

A wise blend of rum with an average age of not less than 12 years, El Dorado finds its trump card through a long and precise distillation process that involves the use of three different stills: Enmore, Diamond and Port Mourant, owned by Demerara Distillers, particularly attentive to the art of quality distillation since 1770. Aged for a period of time not defined, in casks that previously contained Bourbon, this Rum is able to exalt to perfection the characteristics of the single distillates that compose it, creating a harmony of taste and aromas that has managed to conquer even the most refined palates.

Dark amber color, with ruby reflections, expresses to the nose spicy sweet hints of vanilla and cinnamon, notes of honey and caramel and fruity sensations of peach in syrup and mango, with some nuances of tobacco and black pepper. The taste is soft, warm and structured, very elegant in the fruity hints of plum and spices, refined and decided in a long, dry and persistent finish of toasted notes.
