Don Papa Baroko 5lt

The oil green band, iridescent and bright, wraps the bottle of Baroko showing all its personality and distinctive character, expressed through a full and exuberant taste, just like the figure of Pope Isio, Revolutionary hero and shaman of the island of Nigros, in the Philippines, remembered for his wars to conquer the independence of the island. Made from molasses of the 'black gold' type, the Baroko is sweeter than the classic Rum Don Papa 7 Anni and is aged, for an undefined period of time, in ex-Bourbon barrels that give it a rich and incredibly harmonious taste!

Slightly amber yellow color, of great brightness, the nose opens an explosion of aromas ranging from vanilla berries to citrus peel, then more sweet tones of mango and coconut, combined with slightly smoky tones of caramel and creme brulee. Round taste, rich, warm, reminiscent of candied tropical fruit and vanilla cream without ever being cloying because, in the second step, comes the freshness of lime. Long and crackling finish from which emerge also raisins and dates, along with an echo of toasted woods.

Great to drink smooth, with ice or for a mixology that emphasizes the real taste!
