Peruvian Rum is produced following the Spanish tradition. Following the distillation of sugar cane molasses in Scottish column stills, this rum ages for 8 years with the Solera method in ex-Bourbon barrels.
It fascinates with its intense amber color with orange veins. It has a very sweet, almost buttery aroma, with hints of fresh sugar cane juice, toffee and milk chocolate. The taste of this Rum is rich, enveloping and pleasant of sultanas, figs, dates and spices such as cinnamon and pepper.
