The Champagne Blanc de Blancs of Delamotte is produced with Chardonnay grapes from only vineyards located in the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur Oger, Oger, Avize and Cremant of the Côte des Blancs

The vinification takes place entirely in steel in order to preserve the characteristics of the terroir. The base wine is refermented in bottle, remaining to age on its lees for at least 36 months before being degorged and put on sale.

It has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers light floral scents to which are added pleasing citrus notes. In the mouth reveals a bubbles of great freshness, elegant and mineral.

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with steamed oysters and crustaceans.
