The Champagne Brut “Majeur”, by Maison Ayala, rests in the bottle for over two and a half years. Lively and snappy, it is rich in freshness and fruity notes, and has a low sugar dosage so it lends itself to being sipped on the most varied occasions
. Brilliant gold color with abundant and persistent perlage. Expressive on the nose, with delicate hints of citrus, floral aromas and aromas of white-fleshed fruit. The tasting, fresh and fruity, remains however balanced. Precise and along the finish.
Particularly suitable for an aperitif, it can accompany oriental sushi-based dinners. Excellent with salmon carpaccio.
