At the foot of Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, there are acres of citrus groves, pride of the ancient peasant tradition. Only in these campaigns, thanks to the nature of the soil and the strong temperature range, grow the famous Red Oranges that characterize this bitter.

Amara Caroni, a limited edition that brings together the scents of Sicily and the legacy of the Caribbean born from the idea of Luca Gargano and Edoardo Strano to bring in Contrada San Martino Piana, between Etna and the sea, some ex-Caroni barrels.
This precious liqueur rests for twelve months in a lava stone cellar at the foot of Etna in five ex-Caroni barrels, enriching the aromas released by American oak and reaching a new state of maturation and softness.
